Denis Besnard

Ergonomist and Doctor of Psychology, Denis Besnard was a researcher at Newcastle University (United Kingdom) from 2000 to 2006, then at Mines ParisTech (France) from 2007 to 2012.

He codirects the Post-Master's Degree in Human and Organisational Factors of Safety Management.

Camille Brunel

Camille holds a Master's degree in Ergonomics and ICSI's Post-Master's degree in Technological and Environmental Risk Management. He carried out many ergonomic studies before joining the consultancy team, where he is responsible for the implementation of diagnostics and training. He also led the Discussion Group on "Independence, distance and safety culture".

Myriam Promé

Myriam Promé holds a specialised Diploma in Ergonomics (Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées). She was the "Human and Organisational Factors of Safety" expert for the Areva group, where she participated in the deployment of safety/ security culture at all levels of the organisation. She has more than 25 years' experience of working in various industrial sectors, both in France and elsewhere.

Myriam is responsible for training in "Finding root causes in event analysis" and leads the Discussion Group on the human and organisational factors of event analysis. She is also a member of the teaching staff for ICSI's Post-Master's degree programmes.

Damien Santa-Maria

Damien is the holder of not one, but two Masters' degrees-one in Industrial Risk Management, the other ICSI's own degree in the Management of Technological and Environmental Risks. He has wide-ranging experience of risk management and analysis in the aeronautic industry, notably related to cooperation with external companies. His role at ICSI is to carry out safety culture diagnoses and co-facilitate the discussion group on the Prevention of Serious and Fatal Accidents.

Dounia Tazi
Director of the consultancy team

Dounia Tazi hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering, and since 2005 has specialised in human and organisational factors and safety culture in international industrial groups and their sub-contractors.

She currently supports various steering committees in the implementation and monitoring of a safety culture programme internationally.
