Professional development

High-level expertise

The content and teaching methods of ICSI's professional development modules are driven by the outcome of the debate in the Institute's various Discussion Groups.

Genuine hotbeds of ideas, the Discussion Groups provide fertile intellectual material that ICSI feeds into its training modules. As a result, our training is based on well-founded feedback from experience and ongoing monitoring of current standards and regulations in the domain of industrial safety.

Training modules are divided into 3 main areas:

- risk management and industrial safety: risk assessment and reduction, regulatory changes, procedural safety, etc.

- human and organisational factors: the development of managerial leadership in safety, safety culture, etc.

- industrial health, safety and the environment: prevention of psycho-social risk, occupational stress, etc.

Training modules can be run within a single organisation, on a specific site, or with participants from various companies at our training centres in Lyon, Paris, Toulouse and Anvers in France.

To meet more specific needs, ICSI can develop made-to-measure training modules, tailored to the problems and expectations of a specific organisation.
