Repsol: made-to-measure training for managers of safety culture diagnosis projects

Last April, ICSI welcomed 5 employees from Repsol – a Spanish company involved in oil and natural gas exploration and production, transportation and refining - to prepare them for their role as project managers in safety culture diagnosis at the company.

 

The 3-day course, run by ICSI, goes beyond classical training and provides an in-depth diagnosis of the entire organisation’s perception of safety culture and practices. It has two unique features.
